Top Rates – Mike Ferraraccio and his entire crew and each sub contractor were amazing. The service, and quality of work met with our expectations and then some. It was a very involved project – demo – an existing unattached garage, and rebuilding with new concrete, etc…but we are beyond happy. Bilt Rite is a great company. I found them on Home Advisor – and I promise you won’t go wrong with this choice.

We hired mike and his crew were great and very fast . They installed beautiful granite counters and cabinets and an undermount sink . We now have a built in microwave and great glass tile back splash. He worked with us like he was a member of our family and I highly recommend Bilt Rite to everyone.

Mike Ferraraccio and his entire crew and each sub-contractor were great. Mike, his crew and sub-contractor were very professional and did more than my sister and I expected from them. The service and quality of work was unbelievable. Once the work started it was ongoing until completion. They did the following projects, remodel the bathroom, kitchen and family room, They demolish both the bathroom and kitchen and brought both back to unbelievable look. Mike himself couldn’t believe the before and after look of both bathroom and kitchen. If my sister and I had concerns with ant part of the projects mike would make sure it was corrected to our satisfaction. My sister and I would recommend Mike as a contractor to anyone without hesitation. My sister is so happy that I used Home Advisor to find Mike company BiltRite concrete to remodel our bathroom, kitchen and family room. We are so happy with this project that we have another project for Mike to do at our home. Everyone that has seen the after remodel can’t believe the new bathroom, kitchen and family room. We highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone without hesitation.

This review is a long time coming. I met with Mike last year hoping he could fit me in at the end of the season. With fall approaching and temperatures dropping, I wanted him to build me a double garage and replace my back patio and widen my driveway. Adding drainage for the rear of my property including the down spouts for my home and new garage to the street was also a part of the project. Seem impossible for a sought after contractor who has as many jobs that can be handled for that time of year? Not for Mike! Even with the death of a close family member, Mike continued to insure that the job was done on time and done right. It’s been almost a year and the workmanship shows well. I did have a problem with the garage door buckling but, I called Mike and he handled everything quickly and professionally replacing the door with a new one. When you find someone like Mike who does great work under pressure in time constraints you want to make them family. I consider Mike family. He has a great sense of humor and work ethic.
